Winter festival - in English i guess....
it's a festival i m looking forward...
cause... i like those "tang yuan", which is glutinous rice ball...
i ll not miss to eat it every year^^
hmm.. in this busy busy life...
perhaps some of you don't have the time to make those rice balls urself..
n i found out it is actually selling in the supermarket...
ready made.. cool..
u can get them easily at the frozen food section...
they look nice... (like pingpong balls..)
kinda big 4 it's size....
easy to prepare... ^^
just boil water.. put some slices of ginger, pandan leaves n brown sugar...
cook till the balls float on the water...
n it is ready to b served..
piece of cake !!!
n i think it taste nicely....
saving time, easy, n yummy....
tat's the best way 4 those urban people who don't want to miss this dessert...
